Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Mobover grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable, limited license to download, install, and play RICOX on personal mobile devices solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.

All rights, titles, and interests in and to the Game—including but not limited to software code, game physics algorithms, level layouts, visual assets, artwork, animations, sounds, trademarks, and logos—are the exclusive intellectual property of Mobover and its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent.
The Game displays advertisements served via Google AdMob and third-party ad networks. We are not responsible for the content of third-party advertisements or external websites linked within ads. Your interactions with third-party advertisers are solely between you and the advertiser.
RICOX IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE GAME WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, MOBOVER SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF THE GAME.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Game at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other players, us, or third parties.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the competent courts of Istanbul, Turkey.
